About Us

Providing Resources to Changing Organizations 


Our history connects with our partner company Sundance Consulting Inc. Sundance started in 1986 to help organizations with planning and leadership development.  Over the years, we saw a need for practical, helpful resources for leaders and employees in changing organizations. We began to formalize the programs and approaches we used as our client organizations told us how practical and helpful they found them.

Lost Creek Press Ltd. was founded in 2005 by Chris Edgelow to manage the development and distribution of our world class products and resources. Professionals around the world, who have attended our Guiding Organizational Change Professional Qualification Program use our resources regularly as they help their client organizations change. These resources are available in hard copy formats as well as electronic formats through our online learning center or a licensing agreement

The nature themes used throughout our products relate to the founder’s background in outdoor education and deep connection with the natural world. Chris continues to find solace and balance in the outdoors as a strong counterpoint to his hectic world of travel and consulting with changing organizations.

Chris Edgelow

For more than 30 years, Chris has consulted with a diverse range of organizations around the world in every sector of the economy, leading projects and facilitating programs in the area of leadership and changing organizations. He is a gifted facilitator and educator, and a dynamic, down-to-earth speaker. Chris has authored and published a number of articles, booklets, workbooks and facilitator guides on topics relating to helping organizations change.

Predominantly practical in his approach, he helps leaders and managers in organizations recognize and tell the truth about the challenges they are facing so they can begin the process of finding a way through the chaos of complex change. The focus of his work centers on helping people and organizations grow through change to create work places that provide dignity and meaning for the human spirit. Chris has taught at the University level and is a sought after conference speaker where he speaks on a variety of topics relating to the mystery and magic of people, organizations and change.
