Who Is In Charge of Change?
Who’s in charge of change in your organization? Ask this question of various people throughout your organization. Do you get blank looks, shrugs of indifference or conflicting responses? Or do you get a consistently clear response regardless of who you ask? If it is the latter, your organization is likely doing a great job at initiating and sustaining change. If however, you get blank looks or conflicting responses, your organization has a problem.
